There is so much self-help literature and information out there that it can be difficult to know where to start.

So I'm going to help you do that.

In this package I'm going to take you through the basics of what is known about well-being and resilience.I'll tell you a little bit about the work of Martin Seligman, who founded the discipline of Positive Psychology.

I'll tell you about the Five Pillars of Well-Being that you may have seen advertised in your doctor’s surgery.

I'll also suggest some excellent books that you can use to follow up on things that particularly interest you. This is really important - what attracts you is going to be what is most important for you.
